Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India has selected Dwijendralal College to extend support under the RUSA 2.0 programme under the following component:
Component 9 (Infrastructure Grants to Colleges)
The grant amount under the Component 9 is Rs. 2 crores.
As per the report of Ministry of Human Resources Development, Dwijendralal College is among the 750 prestigious institutions in the country to receive this grant.
The Grant is provided to support strengthening infrastructure facilities for new construction, renovation and purchase of equipment.
The college can spend maximum 50% of the total cost in case of new construction, renovation/upgrade and equipment each. For e.g., the expenditure ratios could be 40:50:10; or 50:30:20; or 45:45:10, etc.
Multiple infrastructural projects Under RUSA 2.0 have been successfully completed by the college and some works are in progress.
